Stephen S. Chang, M.D., Vice President. Dr. Chang is the Medical Director of the Glendale Eye Medical Group in California. He has flown his personal aircraft to many cataract missions in El Fuerte, a small village in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. Missions to Tonga, Honduras, and Viet Nam were his favorite vacations. He enjoys flying and motorcycle touring in his leisure time and resides on a ranch in Agua Dulce, California.
